Benny Chows Launches All-New Menu + Executive Chef
Just in time for its one-year anniversary, Berg Hospitality Group's Benny Chows has launched an all-new menu curated by recently appointed Executive Chef Junnajet "Jett" Hurapan. Since its opening in June 2023, Benny Chows has served a robust menu of soul-satisfying American Chinese cuisine influenced by CEO Benjamin Berg's upbringing in New York. With the addition of Award-Winning Chef Hurapan, the menu gets a fresh perspective and a Pan-Asian touch.
Despite undergoing significant changes, Chef Hurapan notes that the menu is still Cantonese-heavy but is now enriched by the collaborative input of the Berg Hospitality Culinary team, including creative contributions from two sous chefs from Vietnam.
